Osedemy Terms of Service
Welcome to Osedemy! (we, us, or our). These Terms of Service (Terms) are the rules for using our website, www.osedemy.com (the Website), our mobile app (the App), and all our online learning stuff, like courses, forums, and other content (all together, the Services). By using our Services, you’re saying you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Services.
We might change these Terms sometimes. If we make big changes, we’ll let you know by posting the new Terms on our Website and changing the Effective Date up top. If you keep using our Services after that, it means you’re okay with the new Terms.
1. Who Can Use Osedemy
You have to be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your area) to use our Services. If you’re younger than that, you can only use them if your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms for you. By using our Services, you’re telling us that you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
To use some parts of Osedemy, you’ll need to create an account. Make sure you give us real info, including a working email and a password. You’re in charge of keeping your account safe, and you’re responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone is using your account without permission, tell us right away at support@osedemy.com.
We can refuse to let you register, or we can stop or close accounts if we think you’re breaking these Terms.
3. What We Do
Osedemy is an online place for learning. We offer courses, learning tools, forums, and other stuff to help you learn. Some content is free, and some you have to pay for, like video lessons, quizzes, assignments, and certificates. We might add, change, or stop offering things at any time without telling you first.
4. How to Behave
Please use Osedemy in a good way and follow the law. You can’t:
- Post bad stuff (like hate speech, spam, or viruses).
- Bother or copy others, or do things that hurt their rights.
- Try to get into parts of Osedemy or other people’s accounts that you’re not allowed to see.
- Use robots or other tools to grab data without our permission.
- Sell stuff to others without asking us.
- Share course materials without permission, or do anything else that breaks copyright rules.
If you post things (like in forums or assignments), it needs to be your own work or you need to give credit to the person who made it. We can watch, change, or delete things you post if we want to, but we don’t have to.
5. Our Stuff
All the stuff on Osedemy, like text, pictures, videos, software, and course materials (Content), belongs to us or the people who let us use it. It’s protected by copyright and other laws.
We let you use the Content for your own personal learning, but you can’t copy, share, change, or make new things from it without our permission.
If you post something on Osedemy, you’re giving us permission to use, copy, change, share, and show it in connection with our Services. We can do this anywhere in the world and don’t have to pay you for it.
6. Payments
Some of our Services cost money. The prices and rules for payment are shown when you buy something. We use other companies to process payments, and we don’t keep your full payment info.
Subscriptions might renew automatically unless you cancel. You can handle your subscriptions in your account settings. We only give refunds if our Refund Policy says we will (you can find it on our Website).
You have to pay any taxes on top of our fees.
7. Ending Things
You can close your account whenever you want in your settings. We can stop you from using our Services if you break these Terms, don’t pay, or for any other reason. We don’t have to pay you anything if we do this.
If we end things, you can’t use our Content anymore, but the parts of these Terms about our rights, disclaimers, and limits on what we’re responsible for still apply.
8. We're Not Perfect
We provide our Services and Content as is. We don’t promise that they’ll be perfect, complete, or right for what you want to do. We don’t promise that you’ll always be able to access Osedemy, that it will always work, or that there won’t be any viruses.
How well you do in your learning depends on how much effort you put in. We don’t promise that you’ll get any specific results from using our Services.
9. Our Limits
